Yellowstone - Upper Geyser Basin

The Upper Geyser Basin is the largest and most active Geyser Basin in Yellowstone and indeed the world. Home to some of the parks largest and most famous geysers, it is the main focal point for tourism in the park. The Basin has 5 large predictable geysers: Old Faithful, Castle, Grand, Riverside and Daisy. Predicted eruption times are posted in the visitor center. Several hundred geysers are found within the basin, together with numerous hot pools.
